AdPaid.com Terms of Service Agreement

Your use of AdPaid's products, software, services and web sites (referred to collectively as "Services" in this document) is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and AdPaid. "AdPaid" means AdPaid LLC, whose principal registered place of business is at 1666 Glencove Ave NW, Palm Bay, FL, United States.

By signing up and/or actively using or participating in the AdPaid.com Services you agree to all terms, provisions, and conditions set forth in this agreement document. AdPaid.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification to its members. Members will be informed of any substantial changes to this policy via an onsite message or an email to their primary contact email address of record at AdPaid.com. If any change is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued use of the Services following our posting of a change in policy or new agreement on our web site will constitute your legally binding acceptance of the change or changes. You agree that AdPaid.com may terminate this agreement and your AdPaid.com account, with the loss of all earnings and benefits, if you breach any of the terms of this agreement.

Our Responsiblity to You:-

Where reasonably possible...

AdPaid will treat You with Respect, and as the unique individual that You are.

AdPaid will pay You Your money that You have earned within seven (7) days of request, usually within 24 hours.

Your Responsibility to AdPaid:-

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program.

You must reside in one of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guam, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, N. Ireland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Reunion, Scotland, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, US Virgin Islands.Wales,

You must not reside in a country where you are prohibited by local governing laws from participating.

You must be able to read and understand the English language.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) must not be shared with another member in the same household. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing AdPaid.com account.

You will keep your password confidential, and not allow others to access your account.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your AdPaid.com account.

You will not commit fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by AdPaid.com. This includes, but is not limited to: Clicking on anti-fraud links, Using anonymous or open proxy internet connections, Logging in from a country other than the one in your profile, Using automated click programs (cheatbots), Attempting to claim more than one paid to signup offer per day, Falsely claiming any paid to signup offer, Repeatedly Not selecting correct Turing numbers during Turing checks.

You agree to receive e-mail advertising from AdPaid.com. You will properly Read the emails and Visit the advertiser's websites.

You will not allow your e-mail account on file to become closed or blocked to messages from AdPaid.com. This equally applies to e-mails returned due to a full mailbox.

You will not send us gibberish, auto-responses, offensive messages, spam, or viruses.

You will keep your account active by logging in at least once every 60 days.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and AdPaid.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and AdPaid.com. You understand that you do not have authority to accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of AdPaid.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

AdPaid.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or AdPaid.com program, even if AdPaid.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, AdPaid.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by AdPaid.com.

Members will be paid via PayPal or Gift Certificates.

Members will be paid when their account balance reaches our low minimum payout rate of $3 ($5.00 for Gift Certificates).

Payments will be made within seven (7) days of request, or a reasonable time thereafter.

spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), newsgroup postings, or any other unauthorised method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with AdPaid.com and may result in legal prosecution. AdPaid.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident. AdPaid.com may charge you up to $5 per spam email sent.

Referring/Promoting:

When referring (advertising/promoting) AdPaid.com to other people, you will not use Autosurf programs. You will, where possible, target your referring/advertising to people residing in the allowed countries listed above. Where we detect Autosurf or incorrect country web traffic to we reserve the right to redirect such traffic to alternate locations.
